There are five Church Communities in the village of Mickleover covering four different denominations. Locations are shown on the map. They work together in fellowship to serve the village of Mickleover.  Activities are co-ordinated through Mickleover Churches Together,  which is linked to Churches Together in Derbyshire and the broader Churches Together network.

Mickleover Churches have an Ecumenical Prayer Chain.
If you have any concerns that you would like them to pray for, please email the coordinator confidentially by clicking here( prayer.c@mickleover.org.uk)

In the year 2000, the Mickleover Churches signed a Covenant  to work together in as many activities as possible.  This Covenant was renewed in 2004.

These include:

the distribution of  Easter and Christmas leaflets

joint services and Lent groups

exchange of pulpits

joint charity fund raising

involvement in community and other events

a joint Choir

We also work together on projects in the community such as the Mickleover Live at Home Scheme and in the Derbyshire/Church of North India  Partnership where Mickleover is linked to the Calcutta Diocese.
